Turtle Rock Studios, the studio behind the popular Left for Dead zombie-survival series, has released new concept art for their new co-op zombie title, Back 4 Blood. The studio announced on the game’s website that they would be partnering with Warner Bros. Interactive to bring Back 4 Blood to current and next-gen consoles and PC. Announced via Twitter, the concept art shows off what appears to be a human-built fortress on top of a hill that is surrounded by traps and barriers. When Back 4 Blood was revealed by the studio earlier this year, Turtle Rock explained what some of the concepts were behind the latest zombie title. From the announcement video, Turtle Rock Studios explained that the game is a “next-gen cooperative FPS” where “you’ll be able to shoot up a lot of zombies like in Left 4 Dead,” but with “a whole lot of new stuff in Back 4 Blood which makes it unique.” Though Back 4 Blood may seem similar to the idea behind the Left for Dead series, Turtle Rock Studios has said that the game will be “designed from the ground-up as an original, premium title and marries the best of what made the co-op zombie shooter so successful with new features and state-of-the-art technology.”
