

Today, developers of Bad Bridge Games and publisher V Publishing have released a new update trailer for their game Mirthwood. The game was released on November 26th of last year and is available on PC from Steam. The latest update that is coming to Mirthwood that was revealed in the trailer was marriage. To celebrate the new launch of the update, Mithwood is now on sale for 20% off for the Steam Spring Sale.
Mirthwood is an RPG life simulation game set in a medieval fantasy setting. Players can manage their own homestead, build a farm, plant and harvest crops, upgrade tools and craft new items and gear. Players will also be able to build families and relationships and trade goods in other bustling towns. Players will also be able to fight a variety of enemies such as werewolves and bandits, and players will be able to specialize their character in their chosen combat class to improve their ability to survive.
Players can socialize with the the townsfolk and NPCs or Mirthwood, and they can choose whether or not to befriend the people in town, or insult them. With the latest addition coming to the game, players will also be able to establish a romantic relationship with one of the townsfolk or NPCs.
According to GamesPress, there will be some new key features that comes with the marriage update. Players will be able to craft a ring and plan a proposal for their loved one. Player will also be able to balance the likes and dislikes of their spouse and gain dynamic quests from said spouse through their romantic journey. Players will benefit from the skills and abilities from their spouse as their relationship grows stronger. There is also a chance where players can divorce their spouse depending on how the players treats their spouse.
Marriage is not the only new update to the game, there will also be new content to the Freelands such as new receipts, new items, new amor types and enemy types, an introduction to the Craftsman’s Table for crafting new furniture and other adjustments.
