Ubisoft have been hard at work for what seems to be forever now on the tumultuous title, Skull And Bones. The live service game has been in development hell ever since its announcement 6 years ago. With the current opinion on live service gaming, its tough to tell if the game will be a success or not, add on to that Ubisoft barely marketing it, the hopes are lessened. Regardless of that, Ubisoft is still adamant on releasing this title and planning a full post launch content road map which was unveiled earlier today, alongside a beta date announcement that will be close to release. The beta is slated to begin on February 8th which will give players enough time to decide wether or not to release the title come February 16th.

As for content in the beta the level cap will be at infamy level 6 with a bunch of exclusive beta awards promised that will be officially carrying over to the full game once released. Reward include emotes, ship cosmetics, a pet lemur, and a weapon. As mentioned prior lots of content is planned for the post game including 4 planned seasons of content coming. The seasons are titled Raging Tides, Chorus Of Havoc, Into Dragons Wake, and yet to be titled final season. Its unclear as of now if theres any content planned past these 4 season’s but time and success will tell.
