Multiversus is a 2D brawler similar to Super Smash Ultimate, where players do damage against their opponents before knocking them off of the stage. Different characters from Warner Brothers will be available to play, such as Bugs Bunny, Batman, and even Shaggy, meaning that characters from very different games and movies can match up against each other. Warner Brothers’ Multiversus open beta began on July 26 and has already had its shares of ups and downs. Although the community is excited that the game is finally available to play in open beta, there were some issues upon the initial release of the game.

By July 27, the game was up and running much more efficiently. Players were able to log on and complete challenges while also learning about the game as a whole. With the game’s servers running, players were able to test out some of the newest characters, such as Lebron James. There was even a community challenge that helped unlock a new stage from Rick and Morty called the Cromulons Map. Multiversus is a new game and will surely continue to grow as Warner Bros. makes small adjustments and introduces new aspects to the game.
